"I have been a Arte client for just under 5 years. I have been to several salons in the Chicago land area and Arte is by far the best. Typically I would find one stylist and stick with him or her, yet at Arte I've been to all but two of the stylists and have gotten wonderful results. The staff here is professional and realistic in their approach to styling, they are polite, tactful, yet frank if a request won't be flattering on you.
They are solution driven stylists and partner with your to achieve your best look. While functioning as an upscale salon, they are very family friendly. I bring my children here for cuts and it has been an easy and smooth experience with great results. Everyone is made to feel very comfortable
here.
Lastly I will say the Arte always puts there clients first. While receiving a spa treatment the esthetician observed that I would better benefit from a different product that Arte didn't typically use. When booking my next appointment I was asked to have it pushed out so that the new product (that was being ordered) was assured to be in. No other salon
has done that before! I recently was married and wanted a particular stylist to do my up do, it was her day off, however she rearranged her
schedule to accommodate my needs. The results were once again fabulous,everyone looked amazing.
